12 audio tracks designed to build your positivity through mind body skills and a 13 minute DVD, explaining how the programme works. We recommend that you watch the video once before you begin, this can help you get the most out of listening.
The programme is modular, designed to be listened to in sequence. Each audio track, lasting 18 minutes, is ideally listened to 5 times a week, and in this way the whole programme takes 12 weeks to complete. However research has shown that there is considerable benefit after 4 weeks, particularly in the ability to sleep better.
