A complete programme
12 audio tracks designed to build your positivity through mind body skills development. The programme is modular, designed to be listened to in sequence. Each audio track, lasts 18 minutes, and is ideally listened to 5 times a week, and in this way the whole programme can take 12 weeks to complete. However research has shown that there is considerable benefit after 4 weeks, particularly in the ability to sleep better.
You can listen as often as you like and whenever you like – last thing at night, after work or in the middle of the day – you choose whats fits in with your life. These are relaxation tracks so please don’t listen when you need to be alert such as when driving or operating machinery.
